Founded in 1995, Indraprastha Apollo Hospital is part of the Apollo Hospitals Group, the largest healthcare network in India.
Situated in Sarita Vihar, Delhi, it was established in partnership with the Government of Delhi.
In 2005, it became the first hospital in India to earn international accreditation from the Joint Commission International (JCI).
It received re-accreditation from JCI in 2008, 2011, and 2014, becoming the first facility in India to reach this achievement four times.
