• Attend regular follow-ups to ensure the pacemaker is working correctly.
• Take medications as prescribed, especially those for blood pressure and heart health.
• Use mobile phones on the ear opposite to the pacemaker side to avoid interference.
• Keep a medical ID card or bracelet indicating you have a pacemaker.
