Prof. Dr. Koonlawee Nademanee is a world-renowned electrophysiologist and a pioneer in arrhythmia science at Bumrungrad International Hospital. He graduated with honors from Chulalongkorn University in 1973, trained at Tulane University and UCLA, and earned board diplomas in cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology from the U.S. He introduced CFAE-guided atrial fibrillation ablation and was among the first to characterize Brugada syndrome. With over fifty years of clinical practice and academic leadership at institutions such as USC and the University of Colorado, Dr. Nademanee continues to treat international patients with cardiac arrhythmias from his EP center in Bangkok. He speaks fluent English and Thai.
