    • I actively collaborated with local community development organizations to promote awareness about ophthalmic services available at these hospitals, adopting an aggressive strategy to build credibility and trust in our services. My efforts also involved overseeing both central and local procurement processes.
    • In 1999, we successfully achieved a target of approximately 100 surgeries per month, demonstrating our commitment to patient care. I participated in numerous ophthalmic camps, serving as Chief Eye Surgeon and Facilitator, including the notable Life Line Express camp in Shahdol, M.P., which facilitated around 300 surgeries in November 2000.
    • I was engaged in continuing medical education (CME) initiatives and played a role in the intraocular lens (IOL) implantation training program at the institute. At Fortis Escorts Hospital and Research Centre, a renowned 250-bed super specialty ISO-approved facility, I worked on developing and maintaining quality control practices and protocols.
    • Additionally, I coordinated outreach programs, including peripheral polyclinics and multidisciplinary camps catering to both rural and urban populations. I was instrumental in formulating innovative surgical packages, which contributed to increased departmental revenue. This included revising pricing strategies for outpatient consultations and procedures.
    • I represented the hospital at various community events in Faridabad and surrounding areas of U.P., notably participating in the Mega Swasthya Mela in 2007, which I organized in collaboration with the civil surgeon of Faridabad.
